Job Title: Full Stack Web DeveloperLocation: Bogotá, Colombia (On-site)Qargo Coffee is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Full Stack Web Developer to bring our digital platforms to life. In this role, you’ll focus on building intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces that reflect our brand identity and deliver outstanding user experiences.You’ll collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to turn ideas into polished digital solutions—whether it's a landing page, e-commerce feature, or internal tool.If you're passionate about clean code, frontend performance, and pixel-perfect design, and you enjoy working in fast-paced environments, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoUI/UX DevelopmentBuild responsive, mobile-friendly websites and landing pages.Transform UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Component & Feature ImplementationDevelop reusable components using React.js or similar frameworks.Integrate APIs and collaborate with backend developers.Maintain consistency with brand and design guidelines.Quality AssuranceWrite clean, testable code.Debug and resolve layout and rendering issues.Participate in QA reviews and ongoing optimizations.Team CollaborationWork closely with design, marketing, and backend teams.Translate business goals into elegant technical solutions.Participate in planning and brainstorming sessions.Who You AreEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.7+ years of experience as a frontend developer.Technical SkillsProficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.Familiarity with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).Experience with Git and version control platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket).Bonus: Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or animation libraries.Frameworks & PracticesSolid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend/backend systems.Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and design aesthetics.Good communication and collaboration skills.Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.LanguageEnglish level: B2/C1 – able to understand briefs and participate in team discussions.📩 How to ApplySend your resume and a portfolio of recent projects to: humanresources@qargocoffee.com
