The company is transforming how multifamily communities access, deliver, and experience high-speed internet — offering modern, reliable infrastructure that property owners and residents love.The ideal candidate should be a motivated, people-oriented team member to support growth across the Southeast (VA → FL). This is a sales support position designed for someone eager to learn, build sales confidence, and grow into a larger role.As the Sales Development Ambassador, you’ll be on the front lines—setting appointments, cold calling, and conducting in-person outreach to introduce high-speed connectivity solutions to property managers. It’s an exciting opportunity for a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants to drive the expansion of innovative internet services across the region, all while growing their career with a leading U.S.-based company in a fully remote environment.What You'll DoAppointment Setting: Make outbound calls to secure meetings for senior sales leaders with multifamily property owners, operators, and managers.Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume cold calls, emails, and social touches to fill the top of the sales funnel.CRM Discipline: Keep records of outreach, notes, and appointments updated in Dynamics 365.Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to align on event planning, pipeline goals, and follow-up.What You Need1–3 years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience (tech, telecom, or multifamily preferred but not required).Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and engaging strangers in person.Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated to hit targets.Advanced, near-native English fluency is mandatory for this role.Strong communication skills (phone, email).CRM experience (Dynamics 365 a plus).Traits we value: grit, work ethic, positivity, and accountability.Salary & PerksCompetitive SalaryThis is a full-time, long-term position with benefits required by law.The position is immediately available.Remote in Colombia.Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - Colombia Time Zone.The next step will take you to an application form that requires you to answer some questions and upload your resume in English.
