As we grow our portfolio and serve a diverse client base, we’re looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on a range of client projects, websites, and internal initiatives that showcase Syntellite’s technical capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, product, and marketing teams to deliver robust, scalable, and visually impressive digital solutions.Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain web applications for clients as well as internal portfolio projects- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, UI/UX, marketing) to deliver end-to-end solutions- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack (frontend and backend)- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and automation tools as needed- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability- Ensure projects meet quality, security, and compliance standardsWhat We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in (freshers with strong portfolios may be considered)- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET Core- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar)- Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindsetWhy Join Syntellite?- Work on diverse, impactful projects for real-world clients and our own portfolio- Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-driven company- Opportunity to expand your skills and grow your career in a supportive environment- Flexible hybrid work model with exposure to latest technologies and industry best practices
