UI/UX Designer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote position for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, conducting user research, and designing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure cohesive design and seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will oversee the visual design consistency and usability of digital interfaces, focusing on user satisfaction and engagement.QualificationsProficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design with an eye for aesthetics and functionalityExperience in Prototyping and developing interactive design workflowsStrong skills in User Experience Design (UED), ensuring seamless and intuitive user interfacesFamiliarity with Front-End Development to facilitate collaboration with developersExcellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design principlesProficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar softwareUnderstanding of responsive design and accessibility standardsBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related fieldPrior experience working in a remote, collaborative environment is an added advantage
