The ideal candidate will have strong visual and design sense, familiarity with Webflow, and the ability to deliver a clean, modern, and interactive website aligned with NYB’s branding and communication goals.Roles And ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain NYB’s websites on Webflow (or equivalent no-code platforms), including making updates, adjustments, and enhancements as needed.Create and refine UX/UI layouts to ensure intuitive navigation, user-friendly layouts and visual consistency.Integrate custom illustrations, graphics, and animations that align with the company’s brand identity.Implement all core Webflow components, basic animations, forms, and contact functions as needed, ensuring functionality and smooth transitions.Set up, maintain and update basic SEO optimisation, including metadata, alt text, and page linking structure for search visibility throughout the contract period.Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on content, tone, and visuals.Conduct basic testing across browsers and devices for responsive performance.Provide post-launch maintenance and a handover package (access credentials, documentation, and content guide).Qualifications3+ years of experience in website design and development.Proficiency in Webflow (required); experience with Wix or Squarespace is a plus.Strong grasp of UI/UX design, layout, and colour composition principles for clean, professional, and engaging design.Familiarity with illustration and animation tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, LottieFiles).Basic understanding of SEO setup and optimisation.Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Good communication and collaboration skills in English.BenefitsWe provide a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment where problem-solving and agility are at the heart of what we do.
