The successful Operations and Administrative Intern will report to the Operations Manager and support Northern Europe stores & concessions in the London Head Office. Please note: Candidates must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week. Available to start immediately and has the right to work in the UK.Job responsibilities Prepare and audit various data outputs: stock movements, transactions, and procedure based activity analysis. Assist in monthly controls, commercial analysis on stocktakes and cycles counts, month-end closure. Support the manager in the monthly store visits and ensure that the Dior store Handbook procedures are followed. Assist in development and implementation of store Handbook training and internal control rules, laws. Support the manager with the annual inventory preparation and assist on the day.Profile Motivated and proactive with good social and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Very self-sufficient. Attention to detail. Logistical thinking. Fluent in English. Analytical background. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.Additional informationLondon Head Office based role. Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday and weekends if necessary. Must be available to start immediately.
