You will work across frontend and backend components, participate in code reviews, and develop scalable and maintainable solutions for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation for major Australian enterprises.You’ll be joining an AI-first engineering organisation, where GitHub Copilot, internal tooling, and prompt-driven development accelerate delivery and elevate engineering quality. You will be trained to work with AI as part of your daily development workflow.This role gives you the opportunity to take ownership of your work, influence technical decisions, and contribute directly to how solutions are designed and delivered. As this is a consulting role, you’ll engage directly with clients, gather requirements, work with stakeholders, and communicate technical solutions effectively.You will work in small, high-performing interdisciplinary teams that collaborate closely, with pair programming, weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, and a supportive engineering community.
