As an engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting, analysing, evaluating, and providing design solutions for various residential structures, including some light commercial. You will work with a team of professionals to ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met and that the projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering2+ years of experience in residential engineering design, construction, and maintenanceExperience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, RISA, and ETABSExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of local, state, and national building codes and standardsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamExcellent time-management and organizational skillsCurrent registration as a Professional Engineer in the state of Victoria is a plusExperience with multi-disciplinary projects and coordination with other professionals such as architects, contractors, and building owners is a plus
