Position Title: Full Stack Software Development InternCompany: AariyaTech UK LimitedLocation: Hybrid / Flexible (Brighton, UK)Type: Internship (Learning Based / Flexible Hours)About AariyaTech UK LimitedAariyaTech UK Limited is an AI-first software and IT solutions company based at the, Brighton, England, United Kingdom. We design and build intelligent digital systems, AI-powered tools, and next-generation software solutions for clients across recruitment, technology, and business innovation sectors.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full Stack Software Development Intern (MERN / Next.js) to join our growing team at AariyaTech UK Limited.This is a hands-on learning opportunity to develop scalable web applications, work within a collaborative startup environment, and gain experience contributing to real-world AI-integrated projects. You’ll work closely with our Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build modern, efficient, and high-performing AI & digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of web applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and performance optimisation for fast-loading applications.Google Cloud Services such as Gemini API, Vertex API and other API services.Support integration with AWS or Supabase for authentication, real-time databases, and storage.Collaborate with designers and product managers to conceptualise, build, and test new features.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and development discussions.Continuously explore new technologies and contribute innovative ideas to the team.RequirementsStrong foundation in JavaScript and TypeScript.Practical knowledge or project experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.Understanding of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and deployment workflows.Familiarity with AWS, Supabase, or Firebase (preferred but not essential).Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setup.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.Passion for startups, AI, and digital innovation.Preferred QualificationsExposure to frontend tools such as TailwindCSS, Zustand, or Vite.Experience using version control (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).Understanding of Supabase, MongoDB schema design and query optimisation.Interest in AI/ML applications or building scalable backend APIs.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies.What You’ll GainHands-on experience working on global AI and web development projects.Mentorship from experienced developers and CTO level guidance.Exposure to modern, scalable tech stacks in a fast-growing innovation-first company.Hybrid flexibility and a collaborative startup culture.Internship Certificate upon successful completion.(Please Note)This internship is structured as a learning-based opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in software development.
