Fullstack Tech Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Fullstack Tech Lead with deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot (backend), React.js & Node.js (frontend/middleware), and exposure to AI/ML technologies. This role will be responsible for driving architecture, design, and development of scalable digital platforms, while mentoring engineering teams and enabling the integration of AI/ML capabilities into business solutions.What You’ll DoThis position is ideal for a technology leader passionate about designing modern architectures, leading engineering teams, and building AI-enabled digital solutions.Fullstack Leadership & AI IntegrationLead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Node.js.Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architecture patterns.Guide the team in building scalable microservices and APIs for cross-platform integration.Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to integrate and operationalize AI/ML models.Work with AI frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI).Drive DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.Ensure application performance, scalability, and security compliance.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align the technology roadmap with business goals.Mentor, coach, and upskill developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Ensure code quality through unit/integration testing and peer reviews.Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI/ML, Generative AI, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native solutions.Document architecture designs, development standards, and best practices.What You Know Backend: Expert in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux/Context API.Middleware/Services: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js.Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).AI/ML Exposure:Understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and model deployment.Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or AI APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Vertex AI).Ability to design solutions embedding AI-driven insights (recommendations, NLP, GenAI).DevOps & Cloud: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, Terraform, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Architecture: Familiarity with event-driven systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ.Strong system design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Proven track record of leading teams (5–15 engineers) in Agile/Scrum environments.EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications9+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer (Java, React)Experience building AI/GenAI-enabled platforms (e.g., chatbots, copilots, recommendation engines).Knowledge of API security, OAuth2, SSO, JWT.Contributions to open-source projects or published research in AI/ML.BenefitsIn addition to competitive salaries and benefits packages, we offer:Health Benefits: Comprehensive medical coverage and life insurance.Work-Life Balance: Paid leave for medical, family, pilgrimage, and personal needs.Incentives & Rewards: Performance rewards, loans, extra salary, car financing, and savings programs.Development & Training: Structured training, study sponsorships, international trips, and recognition programs.Corporate Appliances: Laptop, internet device, and accessories.Office Facilities: Gym, gaming room, free lunches, and a vibrant work environment.
