Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), located in Dubai, UAE, the first accredited smart/online learning university in the region, is seeking exceptional scholars who are passionate about advancing innovative online education. We are inviting applications for resident full-time faculty positions at the ranks of Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor in Operations Management and Quality, Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resource Management.Successful candidates will join a dynamic, learner-centric institution dedicated to excellence in smart learning. Faculty are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in a fully online environment, contribute to the development of engaging digital course content, and maintain an active record of research and scholarly contributions in their specific field. While teaching will be delivered fully online - whether asynchronous or synchronous - faculty are expected to participate in on-campus meetings, events, and face-to-face interactions when required. Beyond teaching, faculty will contribute to impactful research aligned with AACSB requirements and School thought leadership criteria, publish in reputable journals, mentor students, and provide academic service while maintaining a strong on-campus presence.
