[Fully Remote] Business Analyst - up to 16M JPY

We are supporting a global professional services company with the hiring of a Business Analyst to join an internal technology team. This position offers a fully remote work style and the flexibility to work from anywhere in Japan. (The candidate must reside in Japan.)■ Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders- Gather and organize business requirements- Translate business issues into IT specifications- Coordinate with global engineering teams and review project progress- Document workflows, processes, and functional requirements- Support overall project alignment and communication across departments■ Requirements- Strong understanding of IT concepts- Ability to communicate technical topics in a clear and simple manner- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams- Japanese: Business level to fluent- English: Reading and writing (used when working with overseas teams)- Industry background is flexible■Key Point:- Full remote; available to candidates residing anywhere in Japan- Monthly compensation: approximately 1,000,000-1,200,000 JPY, depending on experience■ Annual income:￥12,000,000 - ￥16,000,000 JPYPlease be sure to send your latest CV to us.We look forward to your application.
