You turn business needs into clear, structured instructions and support development teams throughout the process to ensure high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather and clarify needs.Work with APIs, data models, SQL concepts and system architecture basics.Create process flows, functional diagrams, user stories and test scenarios.Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.Execute and document tests, analyse defects and support troubleshooting.Communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations efficiently.Contribute to improving processes, documentation and best practices.QualificationsYou have a Master's Degree.Minimum 2 years of experience.Required SkillsGood understanding of APIs, data models, SQL, cloud concepts and general IT architecture.Experience with drafting functional documentation, diagrams and test cases.Ability to perform root-cause analysis and challenge requirements when needed.Clear communicator, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.Proactive, structured and able to work independently while collaborating with teams.Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plus.Pay range and compensation packageAn attractive salary package including hospitalization insurance, group insurance, meal allowance, and the choice between a company car with EU fuel card or the federal mobility budget.Sounds like your next step?
