Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant Marketing & Customer Experience you help clients to define new digital strategies, design new digital business and operating models and implement digital and mobile innovations to improve business operations and analytics. You will be in charge of deploying the latest digital developments. Subjects like digital customer experience, online marketing concepts, mobile applications, e-commerce and data analytics are your daily routine. You will work and improve your knowledge on the latest digital developments as well as in marketing technology stacks (f.e. Come and join us to take part in this great company.QualificationsYou have completed your Master’s Degree.You have 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant with similar responsibilities in a similar firm. You gained some experience within Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Customer experience and journey design, CRM or Customer Analytics and Insights.You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.Language knowledge: English, Dutch and French.You have a creative mind and are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems to synthesize these into conclusions.
