Functional Analyst – Telebib Team (Dutch-speaking)About The RoleWe are looking for a Functional Analyst to join our Telebib team, which focuses on various integration areas between insurance companies based on the Telebib2 Standard.You will work closely with the Product Owner and contribute to the Transformation Roadmap / Project, helping to develop and implement high-quality end-to-end ICT solutions.Key Responsibilities Take ownership of analysis and documentation within the Telebib2 product team. Translate business analysis, architectural vision, and standards into clear functional and non-functional requirements, bridging the gap between business and development. Support the Product Owner in managing business needs and aligning between technical and business stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams and ensure the accurate translation of requirements. Capture and document functional questions from stakeholders (e.g. brokers). Play an active role in stakeholder management, including participation in technical sales meetings and defining requirements for the new target application focused on Telebib. Support the Product Owner with reporting, as well as training and education follow-up (internal and external). Monitor and support the application domain to ensure business reliability and continuity. Contribute to developing end-to-end solutions, particularly in relation to the new backend application and Telebib integration. Ensure design guidelines are respected, updated, and improved where needed. Proactively identify and implement process improvements, both on the business and technical levels. Profile Structured, independent, and results-oriented. Strong analytical, accurate, and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Customer-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach. Comfortable with change and adaptable to evolving project requirements. Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and very good command of English. Experience & Qualifications Professional Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally in larger insurance organizations. Solid knowledge of insurance processes and standards; familiarity with Telebib2 is a plus. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments, including participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills. Experience with Enterprise Architect, Adonis, or similar design tools (or willingness to learn). Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) for decision support.
