About the companyPhoenix Search has partnered with a successful global fund services provider that is currently in growth mode (both organically and by acquisition), with a strong reputation and significant assets under management.The OpportunitySeeking a Fund Onboarding Manager to join their talented and expanding division in their Dublin office.Work with a diverse and exceptional portfolio of clients.Join a personable and collaborative Onboarding team that all work collaboratively.Enjoy hybrid working with flexible work options.Excellent career development opportunities, including lateral moves and global mobility.Access to professional learning supports.Focus on culture, supported by an active Sports & Social Committee.Strong commitment to CSR, with initiatives supported from CEO level down, including a Charity Committee.Competitive package including a strong base salary and benefits.Ideal for candidates looking to progress, excel, and take initiative.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end onboarding of new funds, ensuring all processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.Develop tailored project plans aligned with each fund structure, tracking progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved.Coordinate internal teams — Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations — to ensure smooth onboarding delivery.Conduct initial due diligence on service providers and work closely with the Oversight team to ensure completion of delegate assessments.Present new clients to the relevant internal approval committees and address queries to facilitate timely sign-off.Lead regular project calls, tracking deliverables and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements within the onboarding framework.Coordinate client site visits during the onboarding phase when required.Oversee operational setup with delegates, ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal standards.Monitor and communicate relevant regulatory developments affecting fund onboarding processes.Provide training and mentorship to junior onboarding team members as required.Requirements5–7 years’ experience in fund onboarding, implementation, or client relationship management within the funds industry.Strong understanding of UCITS and AIF structures, and knowledge of management company operations.Proven ability to manage complex onboarding projects with multiple stakeholders.Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with experience engaging at management or board level.Strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills.Proficiency in English (additional European languages such as French, German, or Mandarin advantageous).Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
