Role OverviewThe Fundraising & Donor Engagement Executive is responsible for growing, managing, and nurturing the foundation’s donor base especially small monthly donors. You will plan and execute campaigns, convert interested audiences into givers, manage donor communications, and steward strong relationships with partners, volunteers, and giving communities.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a warm personality, and the confidence to engage people on the importance of giving toward a life-saving cause.Key Responsibilities1. Donor Acquisition & Monthly Giving Growth• Develop and execute strategies to onboard new monthly donors.• Convert viewers of the documentary, social media followers, volunteers, and event participants into donors.• Run WhatsApp, email, and social media micro-campaigns that drive sign-ups.• Collaborate with the media team to create fundraising content (stories, videos, appeals).2. Donor Relationship Management• Build and maintain a donor database with proper segmentation (Bronze/Silver/Gold).• Create a nurturing system that includes thank-you messages, impact updates, holiday messages, etc.• Retain donors through consistent communication and value-driven engagement.3. Partnerships (Lightweight)• Engage churches, student associations, NGOs, therapy partners, corporate staff groups, and community organizations for group giving.• Create simple partnership proposals for employee-giving initiatives or monthly sponsorships.4. Fundraising Campaigns & Events• Assist in planning giving drives, mini-activations, community events, and outreach programs.• Execute fundraising strategies around the documentary, awareness days, and mental health initiatives.5. Communications & Storytelling• Gather real (Anonymous-safe) recovery stories, helpline updates, and impact highlights.• Draft compelling appeals, donor reports, and campaign messaging.• Work with the creative team to shape the emotional storytelling of the foundation.6. Tracking, Reporting & Insights• Track donor growth, campaign performance, conversions, and churn rate.• Present weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.• Recommend continuous improvements to fundraising strategy.Required Qualifications & Experience• 3–6 years experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, customer relations, CSR, nonprofit work, or community engagement.• Strong persuasive communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal.• Familiarity with fundraising campaigns, donor management, or customer acquisition.• Confidence to speak with people, pitch a cause, and follow up.• Digital fluency: WhatsApp, Instagram, email tools, CRM basics, Canva.• Organized and detail-oriented in maintaining donor data and follow-ups.• A passion for mental health, recovery work, or social impact.Competencies• Persuasion & storytelling• Relationship building• Initiative & self-drive• Emotional intelligence• Digital savvy• Consistency & reliability• Community engagement skills• Creativity in campaign ideasAbout UsThe Responsible Gaming Against Addiction Foundation (RGAAF) is a nonprofit committed to preventing gambling-related harm and supporting individuals living with gambling addiction.
