The Furniture Customer Service Agent will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, handling customer complaints, and providing overall support. Daily tasks include managing customer communications via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes. Qualifications Experience in customer service and handling inquiriesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsPatience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressureStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer relations or a related field are a plus
