Job Description

Fusalp is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for it's Zurich Store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will join a dynamic and detail-oriented team where every member is versatile and committed. Your Main Responsibilities: Drive sales and support the team – Take on a supervisory role and guide the team while leading by example on the shop floor. Assist with administrative tasks (scheduling, reporting, team briefs, stock management, and cash register operations). Your Day-to-Day Missions: Welcome and advise both local and international customers. Present the collections with impeccable, personalized service.

Master the art of upselling while highlighting the brand’s unique craftsmanship. Provide top-quality after-sales service to foster customer loyalty. Demonstrate a sharp sense of performance and attention to detail. Support all tasks related to sales operations. Stay focused on delivering excellent performance, guided by clear KPIs, in a fast-paced, competitive environment. (Opening/closing procedures, customer orders, after-sales service, store cleanliness, unpacking, labeling, inventory, etc. )Meet or exceed individual sales targets, as well as those set for the department and store. Achieve your KPI goals. Apply CRM procedures to grow the store’s client database.

Adhere to the store’s security protocols (theft and loss prevention). Profile Sought: Passion for skiing, fashion, and luxury. Strong interpersonal skills and a true team spirit. At least 2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail. Rigorous, dynamic, and versatile. Solid knowledge of clienteling (loyalty programs, client gestures, etc. ). Fluent in English.
