You will master our global industry and modern B2B sales from the ground up, with structured training, personal coaching, and immediate hands-on experience.During this comprehensive program, you will:Gain insight into all key functional areas of our international business.Understand the industry and its future directionAnalyze the needs of our suppliers and customers.Prospect and qualify leads.Book and participate in global supplier and customer meetings alongside experienced colleagues.Gradually take on more responsibility and manage your own customer dialogues.Ultimately, lead the entire sales process, from first contact to closingWhat we are looking forWe are seeking ambitious individuals with a genuine drive to succeed in global sales. Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
