该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、研发项目的文献调研和目标分子的合成路线设计。 2、独立进行研发项目小试、工艺优化、放大及杂质研究。 3、按照项目计划开展实验，真实完整进行实验记录，撰写项目研究报告。 4、撰写申报资料。 任职要求： 1、有机化学、药物化学相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2、具有独立的文献检索能力和图谱解析能力 ，依据文献完成化合物合成路线的设计。 3、熟练地完成化学反应，并对结果做出较全面的分析，能够完成具有一定难度的研究项目。 4、认同公司文化，具有较强的集体荣誉感，以及良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力。
