Using detailed sourcing strategies and specialized knowledge geared towards the aviation industry in Latin America, the Sales & Sourcing Specialist role, based in San Salvador, El Salvador, is responsible for communicating and maintaining professional relationships with vendors and customers.

The ideal candidates will have a background in sales orders processing, able to navigate working in a fast-paced industry, and use their drive to assist with strategic business planning for the GA Telesis Flight Solutions Group and the company overall.

ResponsibilitiesGather quotes on parts and services based on customer requirements and fulfill quotes by quoting from stock and/or brokering materials Negotiate terms and conditions with customers Maintain customer opportunities within Salesforce Follow parts traceability requirements Track shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt deliveryResolve Non-Conforming Materials (NCO Cage) discrepanciesForecast, track, and achieve sales revenue with gross margin projectionsDeliver sales productivity analytics Travel may be required (Less than 10%)Other duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsMinimum high school diploma A solid understanding of the Latin American market and cultureBilingual (English/Spanish)Ability to communicate effectively and self-motivatedEffective negotiation skills Proficient with MS OfficeAdvanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degreeAviation industry experiencePrevious work experience in sales /customer supportExperience with Quantum CRM and Salesforce Experience working with ILS, Aeroxchange Check out how GA Telesis is "Intelligently Defining the FUTURE of Aviation and Aerospace" by following us on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook!
