Committed to creating sustainable value and enhancing client performance, Beyondsoft Malaysia was awarded ISO 27001:2013 certification in 2022.Responsibilities:Handle overseas game cheating reports and account-ban complaint investigations; review reported gameplay footage and analyze whether cheating or rule violations occurred;Conduct risk checks to identify potential misjudgment in key anti-cheat strategies;Execute complaint investigation processes, analyze and summarize issues identified through user reports, and assist developers in locating and resolving related problems.Requirements:Extensive gaming experience with strong performance in shooting games; Peacekeeper Elite or PUBG Mobile players with Ace rank or above preferred;Understanding of in-game cheating behaviors; experience in review/moderation tasks or video patrol/cheat detection for Peacekeeper Elite/PUBGM preferred;Bachelor's degree or above required;Prior experience in the internet or gaming industry is an advantage;Positive working attitude, strong communication and expression skills, excellent teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
