🎮 Game Economy Designer (Idle RPG / Gacha Progression Systems)We’re looking for a Game Economy Designer to help architect, balance, and refine the core progression and reward systems of our Idle RPG title — a hero-collection game inspired by classic idle battlers.You’ll be responsible for designing the mathematical foundation that drives player growth, resource generation, upgrades, and difficulty scaling across hundreds of levels and multiple interconnected systems.This role sits at the intersection of data, design, and player psychology — ideal for someone who enjoys translating creative ideas into structured, scalable, and deeply engaging gameplay loops.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain the in-game economy architecture, covering currencies, XP curves, drop rates, and reward systems.Develop formulas and simulation models to balance progression, difficulty, and pacing across 100+ heroes, 180+ levels, and multiple rarity tiers.Collaborate closely with the game design and development teams to integrate balancing data into Unity (via spreadsheets, CSV/JSON imports, or automation tools).Analyze and refine reward loops and progression flows, ensuring that player growth feels consistently rewarding yet balanced.Model interactions between summons, marketplace systems, upgrades, and daily rewards to maintain long-term economic stability.Use tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Machinations.io, or custom scripts to visualize and test economy balance.Provide ongoing feedback and adjustments post-release based on testing data and gameplay metrics.What You’ll BringStrong grasp of game balancing, progression design, and reward systems, ideally within Idle, RPG, or Gacha-style games.Ability to design and document scalable mathematical systems (XP growth, cost scaling, rarity distributions).Proficiency in data analysis and spreadsheet modeling; comfort with iterative testing and tuning.A clear understanding of player motivation loops and how progression systems drive engagement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work with both creative and technical teams.Bonus SkillsExperience integrating balancing systems in Unity or other engines.Familiarity with game analytics or A/B testing for progression tuning.Knowledge of scripting (Python, C#, or Google Apps Script) for automating balancing workflows.📩How to ApplyApply here or message us directly at +92 340 7110663 to start a conversation.
