Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, developers, data, and monetization on designing new and existing features to improve player satisfaction and provide additional monetization opportunitiesDesign, monitor, balance, and lead the economy model and user experience from an economic point of view to drive players' engagement and improvements in game KPIs Manage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challengesOptimize configurations using data analysis and A/B testingBalance customer experience and revenue opportunity for in-game currency and virtual goods.Define, prioritize and monitor core game economy KPIs and maintain a balanced economyBuild and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to content.Evaluate and optimize the economy for different player behaviors and progression stagesRequirments:2+ years of experience in a Game Economy Manager role in the gaming industry - MUSTExcellent Excel knowledge - MUSTSQL knowledge - MUSTPython experience for building automations, simulations, or improving data workflows – Nice to haveHands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau or similar) – MUSTHigh level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailsEnjoy working with numbers, formulas & data analysisA passion for game mechanics and player psychologyA skill for modeling complex structuresKnowledge in statistics and probability theoryBA/BSC degree in: Economics, statistics, mathematics, physics, business studies or any other quantitative field
