Gameloft is a Vivendi company.  Job DescriptionThe Game Producer will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the development of our game Disney SpeedStorm or one of its major features. The role ensures adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and technical requirements, as well as effective communication between teams and with external partners.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Lead Producer in all organizational and technical aspects of the game development cycle, incl. builds submission. Act as a Scrum Master moderate Scrum events and other team meetings. Use JIRA actively – create stories, manage boards, and track task progress. Break down the game/feature roadmap into releases and sprints. Monitor team workload and (re)prioritize tasks as needed. Monitor key game KPIs and propose optimization actions. Ensure high-quality delivery of tasks within deadlines. Play and analyze the game as well as competitor products, follows market trends, and share insights with the team. Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including HQ requirements, licensors, and porting teams. Provide timely and structured information to all stakeholders. Foster a team culture of collaboration, empathy, morale and engagement. QualificationsProven experience in managing teams and projects in an agile environmentKnowledge of Scrum (certification is a plus)Passion for games and understanding of the gaming industryExperience with JIRAStrong initiative, independence, and problem-solving attitude.
