Game UI Designer

G5 Games is hiring a Game UI Designer!Join a Swedish developer and publisher of mobile games played by 250+ million people worldwide — the team behind Sherlock, Hidden City®, Jewels of Rome® and more.We’re looking for a Game UI Designer to create intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly interfaces for our top mobile titles. You’ll collaborate with game designers, artists, and producers — shaping the look and feel of experiences that millions of players enjoy daily.What you’ll do: • Design user interaction scenarios, flows, and prototypes; • Assemble and refine final UI layouts in Figma; • Support the UI throughout production; • Optimize graphical assets for interfaces. What we expect: • At least 2 years of experience in interface design • Ability to identify user needs, translate them into practical solutions, and communicate their value to stakeholders and the team • Experience designing interaction scenarios and user flows • Ability to create interfaces based on usability, composition, and color theory principles • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping) • Experience creating interactive prototypes (e.g., in ProtoPie, Framer, or similar tools) • Understanding of casual mobile product development and common game UX patterns (onboarding, economy, shop, HUD, pop-ups, etc.) • Portfolio demonstrating your work Nice to have:Strong gaming experience and a genuine passion for games • Knowledge of core mobile design systems — HIG (iOS) and Material 3 (Android) • Ability to draw by hand and a good artistic sense • Understanding of animation principles and experience creating UI animations • Understanding of meta-mechanics and monetization in mobile games • Experience participating in A/B testing or analyzing user metrics What we offer:Flexible remote format, professional development and training, medical insurance, wellness benefits, and a bonus program.Ready to design interfaces that bring joy to millions?
