Job PurposeThe Gaming Integrity Fraud & Risk Department Team Leader plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of ARRISE's operations. This hands-on leadership position involves managing a team of Risk Analysts, overseeing risk and fraud detection processes, ensuring operational compliance, and fostering a high-performance team culture. The role demands both analytical expertise and exceptional people management skills to maintain robust, efficient, and secure gaming environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of the Risk team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.Monitor player activity, betting patterns, and fraud indicators to protect Live Casino integrity.Oversee and validate risk reports for quality, consistency, and actionable insights.Coordinate shift tasks, handle live escalations, and support team decision-making in complex cases.Mentor and train team members to foster continuous professional development and performance.Collaborate with senior management to enhance workflows, tools, and procedures.Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to performance evaluations and bonus reviews.RequirementsMinimum 4-5 years of experience in risk or fraud-related roles in the iGaming industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.Strong knowledge of Live Casino operations and associated risk management practices.Proven leadership ability in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.Fluency in English, both written and verbal.Willingness to work 9-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.Nice to HaveProficiency with data tools such as Tableau or SQL.Experience working with bonus systems and performance KPIs.Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Teams, and Word.Prior involvement in process improvement or operational optimization initiatives.Exposure to performance-based reward systems and bonus assessments.Benefits:Competitive Salary with high performance-based bonuses.Paid Training to ensure you are well-versed in the company’s quality standards and procedures.Perks: Access to a variety of employee benefits, including gym membership and private health care.Perks:Free daily meals.Gym benefit after 6 months.Shift allowances (100% for legal holidays, 25% for night shifts, 10% for weekend shifts).Private health care insurance.“Refer a Friend” Bonus.Career Development: Growth opportunities within an international tech company.Ready to Elevate Your Career?
