Kiama is a holiday paradise and popular weekend destination.The Kiama Leagues Club is a modern Club that has taken full advantage of its location. With approximately 90 staff, Bistro, Bars, and regular entertainment, this is a busy, popular venue.The Club is seeking an experienced Gaming Supervisor - Full Time to join the busy team servicing a medium sized Club in its entirety with plans of growth well underway.About The RoleThis role will be the critical link between senior management and operations; suitable for a hands-on, experienced hospitality leader. As the escalation point for all guests, a customer-centric approach will be crucial to your success in this role and ensuring that service standards of the venue are met. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the gaming area on a shift-by-shift basis.Duties Include, But Are Not Limited ToEnforce all AML/CTF, Legislation, Self-Exclusion and patron welfare checksDevelop and maintain positive relations with members and guestsRespond to first aid and/or emergency situations to ensure staff and patron safetyOverseeing smooth gaming operations including clearance, troubleshooting machines, fixing and reporting machine faultsAbout YouMinimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing team membersExtensive knowledge of gaming operations and all relevant legislationPassionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experienceInspiring and influential leadership and management skills and experience in mentoring and developing team membersRSA, RCG, Advanced RCGFirst Aid CertificateNSW Food Authority Basic food handling certificateWe Offer5 weeks annual leaveA rotating roster38 hour working weekA supportive team, with scope to develop your career.Flexible and supportive leadership that want to help develop your skillsFree Onsite parkingFree Staff meals and soft drinkOngoing training & developmentTo apply simply email **********@kiamaleagues.com with your resume and cover letter.
