As part of this journey, our Digital Development department is central to rethinking how we operate and deliver value across the business. We are now looking for parental cover for the position as Head of Digital Development and Data. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader within the digital, tech and data area.

In the role you will lead and develop a broad team of Project Managers, System Owner, IT Operations specialists, Data Engineers and Integration Architects. While closely collaborating with GANNI's senior management team. We believe that you enjoy being an impact maker and that leading people through changes comes naturally. You will play a big part in how we transform our business for the future in different IT Projects while ensuring a stable operation. Responsibilities Ahead Of YouLead a department of talented tech specialists and generalists with 7 direct reports. Provide guidance and foster a culture where collaboration is key. Full Ownership and steering over the department's budget ensures that we get the most value for money within our current agreements and future investments. Facilitate quarterly planning sessions for the department, ensuring cross-functional alignment with business departments. Ensuring that objectives are met while resources and budget are aligned.

Facilitate monthly meetings with C-level management to ensure alignment on ongoing projects while ensuring the yearly roadmap is up to date and align with the company's priorities. Own projects that are of a more technical nature but also represent Digital & Data in Steering Groups and Management meetings. Ensure stable operations across the tech stack and ensure that the team delivers a good service to our internal users. . Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of solutions.

Must-have RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience of leadership within the tech, digital and data field and used to having a group of direct reports. Experiencing leading and motivating teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvements through a business transformation. Experience from the fashion industry and/or FMCG. Ability to set strategy, drive change and deliver impact within the ERP field. Experience driving vendor selection and contract negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. . Experience of working with several external development vendors and vendor management.

Experience of agile methodology. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget. Show a willingness to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and can take decisions and work independently. THE GANNI WAYYou have a self-starter approach with focus on action.
