Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role helps strengthen product value and customer trust.【Job Description】Conduct technical inspections and evaluations of Garmin products based on real-world usage scenariosExecuting field tests and compiling research reportsProvide clear technical explanations and product result briefings to customersPlan and manage product training as a subject-matter expertDeliver internal product training and develop training materialsMonitor, manage, and resolve technical product issuesCollaborate with other cross-functional teams to support product promotion and educationHandle repairs, developing and testing of Garmin products【Qualifications】Work Experience:2 to 10 years of relevant experience in product training, technical training, or customer supportTechnical background or hands-on experience in electronics repair required, and/or a background in engineering, telecommunications, or customer service preferredSkills:Strong collaboration skills working across multiple teamsExperience with multiple outdoor activities such as running, diving, golf, cycling, etc. strongly preferredBusiness-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to customersExcellent presentation and training delivery skills【Other】Job Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul, KoreaRole: Individual contributorReports to: Team LeadPlease provide an English resume in the attachment.
