Apply today and join us in shaping the future!TasksAs a Gas Dispatching Specialist (m/f/d), you will support the commercial team with operational and administrative dispatching tasks, including:Coordinating and monitoring daily gas dispatching activities from FSRU to the gridTracking gas nominations and ensuring alignment with delivery schedulesMonitoring gas flows, pressure levels, and inventory balances in coordination with technical teamsCommunicating with terminal users, ship operators, and grid operators to ensure smooth logistics and accurate schedulingMaintaining dispatch records, logs, and operational reportsSupporting month-end reporting and reconciliation activitiesParticipating in process improvements and digitalization of dispatching workflowsSupporting the planning of ship-to-ship transfers in close coordination with the logistics and operations teamsRequirementsWe are looking for a reliable, team-oriented candidate with a structured working style and technical interest:Completed vocational training or technical education in logistics, energy systems, industrial operations, or a comparable fieldPractical experience in gas, energy, utilities, or industrial dispatching/logisticsFamiliarity with dispatching procedures, control room environments, or terminal operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable using digital tools (Excel, dispatching software, monitoring systems)Good command of English (German is an asset)Willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, or in rotating schedulesHigh sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliabilityBig plus if you have experience and knowledge in REMITNice to have: Experience or knowledge in gas accounting or related energy sector processes
