The role is primarily responsible for monitoring the safeguards, implement gender activities, and report on social compliance.Job ResponsibilitiesReview contractor-prepared designs to ensure social, gender, and environmental considerations are incorporated.Monitor safeguards, implement gender activities, and report on social compliance.Review contractor-prepared designs for project buildings and facilities to ensure social, gender, and environmental considerations are incorporated.Assess potential social and community impacts of construction activities and coordinate with authorities before construction.Contribute to reports documenting design compliance, including recommendations for modifications or variation orders when required.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in social scienceMin. 10 years of professional experienceMin. 8 years in social and gender activitiesWe value equity, diversity and inclusion and are committed to creating a work environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is empowered to do their best.
