Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Counselor located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Sr. Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad. Day-to-day tasks include assessing students' profiles, recommending appropriate study destinations, assisting with application processes, and providing information on visa procedures. The Sr. Counselor will also liaise with universities and ensure students are well-informed about available programs and pathways for their educational and career advancement. Qualifications Experience in educational consultancy, career counseling, or student advisingStrong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of international admission processes, visa guidelines, and study-abroad procedures for multiple countriesProficiency in problem-solving, time management, and multitaskingFamiliarity with global education systems in countries such as Canada, Australia, the USA, and Europe is a plusBachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageousProficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus
