[PHUC SINH CONSUMER - K COFFEE]General Accountant – FMCGWorking Hours:Monday to Friday:Morning: 8:00 – 12:00Afternoon: 13:00 – 17:00Saturday: 8:00 – 13:00MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Revenue Management & Payment ReconciliationMonitor and reconcile daily sales data from POS systems across stores.Reconcile payments from all channels: cash, bank transfer, and e-wallets (MoMo, VNPay, ZaloPay…).Detect and promptly handle discrepancies, report issues to management.2. Cash Flow & Payables ManagementTrack payment obligations and ensure timely settlement with suppliers, logistics partners, and e-wallet providers.Control cash flow: plan payment schedules and supervise daily cash movement.3. Costing & Business Performance AnalysisCalculate product costing based on raw material standards, supplier costs, and relevant fees.Analyze operating expenses of each store to ensure cost efficiency.Prepare detailed P&L (Profit & Loss) reports for each store on a monthly/quarterly basis.4. Inventory Management & Periodic Stock AuditMonitor import – export – closing stock of raw materials at stores and central warehouse.Collaborate with Warehouse & Operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels and resolve discrepancies.Perform periodic inventory checks between stores and central warehouse.5. Reporting & CompliancePrepare financial reports and management reports as required by the Board of Directors.Ensure accounting records, revenue recognition, and expenses comply with accounting standards and legal regulations.REQUIREMENTSCollege/University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related majors.Minimum 02 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in FMCG, F&B, retail, or similar industries.Solid knowledge of accounting principles, cost control procedures, and financial regulations.Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Bravo, SAP, Misa, ERP is a plus).High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.Experience working with POS systems and electronic payment channels is an advantage.BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience and skills (probation salary at 85%).Full social insurance in compliance with local labor laws.Free lunch and fruit; monthly birthday celebrations.Workplace: 246–248 Vo Van Kiet, Cau Ong Lanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Working hours: Monday to Friday & Saturday morning.
