Head of Group Accounting cum Group Chief Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, organize, direct, and take full responsibility for all accounting operations of the Group and its member companies.Manage and oversee the work of Chief Accountants and accounting staff across the Group and all member companies.Bear ultimate responsibility for preparing, reviewing, approving, and submitting on time all audited financial statements (separate and consolidated), management reports, and tax settlements for the Group and its member companies.Work directly with independent auditors (Big 4), tax authorities, and the State Audit Office.Provide professional advice on tax and financial accounting matters for M&A transactions and capital structure decisions of the Group and its member companies.Lead the design, implementation, and operation of a centralized accounting system and comprehensive digital transformation across the Group and all member companies.Advise the Leadership Team on accounting policies, tax strategies, and the overall financial and accounting direction of the Group.Job RequirementsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.Holder of Vietnamese CPA or ACCA/CPA certification.Proficient in English (IELTS ≥ 5.5 or equivalent).ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5 years as Chief Accountant or Head of Accounting in a multi-industry conglomerate.Prior experience at a Big 4 firm, at Manager level or above (Audit background preferred), with hands-on auditing experience at leading real estate conglomerates in Vietnam.Proven experience in multi-level management (supervising Chief Accountants) in a group with multiple member companies.
