Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our Administration and General Affairs team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career individuals looking to gain valuable professional experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.No experience is required but prior experience is an advantage — what we value most is your initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Outstanding individuals may be considered for permanent employment after the contract period.Key Responsibilities: Office Operations & Logistics Support ordering and inventory tracking of office consumables (stationery, IT equipment, cleaning supplies, etc.) Help coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendor services Assist with access card management and updating of internal office logs General Administrative Support Handle delivery receipt and internal mail distribution Prepare meeting rooms, welcome guests, and support call/meeting coordination Assist in organizing and updating both physical and digital filing systems across multiple entities (31 total) Track and log official company stamp (inkan) usage Internal Coordination & Communication Schedule meetings and room reservations Attend internal meetings (e.g., team check-ins, 1-on-1s) and assist with follow-ups Respond to internal HR/Admin-related messages and requests Support ad-hoc requests and task coordination from team members or managers Document & Compliance Support Assist with preparation of legal or tax-related documentation Help liaise with city offices or government agencies under supervision Organize and store corporate certificates and manage internal contract documents HR Assistance & Internal Support Answer internal emails and messages related to HR and admin policies Support internal HR document management (contracts, onboarding docs, checklists, etc.) Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics and information delivery/ explanations to colleagues as needed Schedule and attend internal meetings (team, 1-on-1s, check-ins), take notes when required Help maintain tracking logs and documentation (contract timelines, HR trackers, etc.) Provide basic guidance to employees on HR policies and admin procedures Assist in documents filing Team & Cultural Contributions Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized office environment Support culture-building efforts and cross-team coordination Assist with archive labeling and documentation for HR matters Requirements:Fluent Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking) is requiredFluent English is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceProactive, communicative, and eager to learnStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAvailable to work full-time at office hoursInterest in growing within general affairs or administrative rolesFlexible and able to support a variety of administrative needsAdditional Information: Working visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates (must meet legal requirements in Japan)Opportunity for transition to permanent employment based on performance and company needs職種名:総務・人事アシスタント(再生可能エネルギーアナリストチームのサポート) 勤務地:日本、東京都(オンサイト勤務) ポジション概要: 当社の管理部・総務チームに加わっていただける方を募集しております。このポジションは、新卒者やキャリア初期の方にとって、活気がありサポート体制の整った職場環境で貴重な実務経験を積む絶好の機会です。 経験は問いませんが、過去の業務経験がある方は優遇されます。重視するのは、主体性、細部への注意力、そして学ぶ意欲です。優れた成果を上げた方については、一定期間後に正社員登用の可能性があります。 主な業務内容: オフィス運営・ロジスティクス:文具、IT機器、清掃用品など消耗品の発注および在庫管理、清掃・メンテナンス・業者対応の調整、入館カードの管理および社内ログの更新。 一般事務サポート:荷物の受け取り・社内配布、会議室準備、来客対応、電話や会議のサポート、31法人にわたる物理・デジタルファイルの整理・更新、社印(印鑑)の使用記録の管理。 社内調整・コミュニケーション:会議のスケジュールおよび会議室予約、社内ミーティング(チームチェックイン、1on1等)への参加とフォローアップ、HR・総務関連の社内問い合わせ対応、チームメンバーやマネージャーからの随時依頼対応。 書類・コンプライアンス対応:法務・税務関連書類の作成補助、役所や官公庁との連携(上司の指導のもと)、会社証明書や契約書の整理・保管。 チーム・カルチャーへの貢献:新入社員のオンボーディングサポート、清潔で安全かつ整然としたオフィス環境の維持、社内カルチャー醸成や部門間連携の支援、法人別のアーカイブ整理や文書管理の補助。 応募要件: 日本語(読み・書き・会話)流暢であること(必須) 英語力があれば尚可 細部への注意力と優れた整理能力 Microsoft Office または Google Workspace の操作スキル 積極性があり、コミュニケーション能力が高く、学習意欲がある方 未経験者歓迎 フルタイム勤務(オフィスアワー)可能であること 総務や事務職でのキャリア成長に関心がある方 柔軟に多様な事務作業をサポートできる方 その他情報: 外国籍の方には、条件を満たせば就労ビザのスポンサーが可能です(日本の法的要件を満たす必要があります)。 業務成績と会社のニーズに応じて、正社員登用の可能性があります。
