Job Description
We are looking for an General Affairs (GA) & Human Resource Associate who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable handling both administrative and operational tasks. This role supports and executes the company's GA & HR functions, including handling reporting, managing company assets, coordinating with vendors, and supporting HR processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work efficiently with numbers and reports.Main Responsibilities:Business Reporting - Monitor and collect regular reports from Sandiva’s retail business (sales, expenses, delivery/vendor coordination, etc.), and provide summaries for management.Operational & General Affairs - Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., office needs, inventory, transport, maintenance). Handle procurement and asset monitoring.HR Reporting & Support - Support HR tasks including attendance, employee data, timesheets, and KPI tracking.
