Job Descriptions:Preparation expatriate documentResponsible for checking business travel expenses reportResponsible for booking hotel, airplane/train ticket related to business tripEnsure a well-maintained infrastructure and facilitiesEnsure scheduled maintenance for office infrastructure in head office and branch officeResponsible for managing rent and lease management (office, warehouse, branch manager housing, expatriate housing)Responsible for storing documents in GAJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in management, secretary, or a related field.Have minimum 2 years of experiences in related field.Fluency in Mandarin and English.Thriving at Microsoft Office and ERP.Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.Persistent, number friendly, time management and detail oriented.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Have knowledge of immigration laws and regulations will be advantage.Placement: North Jakarta
