Job Responsibilities: HR Duties:Collaborate with social labor consultants to assist in payroll processing, year-end adjustments, and preparation of company payment documents.Support Japanese recruitment activities (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding procedures, etc.).Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures (social insurance, employment insurance, resident tax-related matters).Assist in updating and implementing internal company policies (KPI evaluations, flextime systems, etc.).General Affairs Duties:Assist with company registration procedures (e.g., director change registrations).Prepare documents for license renewals and applications (e.g., real estate licensing, Type 2 financial licenses, which may be required in the future).Support the management of internal documents, contracts, seals, and office supplies.Serve as the daily liaison with external consultants (social labor consultants, accounting firms, legal advisors, etc.).Daily Operations:Basic management of office facilities and equipment.Handle external document submissions and errands (e.g., city hall, legal affairs bureau, pension office, etc.).Perform other general tasks as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred majors: Human Resources, General Affairs, Accounting, or related fields).Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR/General Affairs role at a local Japanese company.Business-level proficiency in Japanese.Proficiency in basic Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.Valid standard driver’s license (普通自動車運転免許) for handling external tasks or transporting domestic executives.
