You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, sales performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction, delivering an experience that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard of luxury and excellence.The ideal candidate is a results-driven, people-focused leader who can balance operational discipline with openness to innovation and improving processes and performance. They will bring a hands-on approach, a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand, and the credibility that comes from strong experience on the sales and operations side of the dealership business.As the General Manager you will:Provide strong, visible leadership and direction to all dealership staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture built on teamwork and integrity.Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with brand standards.Inspire, coach, and develop direct and indirect reports to achieve operational excellence and deliver a consistent luxury experience.Enhance sales performance by guiding strategy, people, and performance execution.Partner with the sales team to strengthen customer engagement, improve closing rates, and client retention.Model accountability and integrity, reinforcing a culture of teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to modernize processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen client experience while respecting the dealership’s legacy.Partner closely with senior leadership to align strategy, ensure operational excellence, and deliver consistent results.Monitor key metrics and implement data-driven strategies to meet growth and profitability objectives.Represent Mercedes-Benz with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to the brand’s standard of excellence.Experience and Qualifications:A proven track record of senior leadership success in automotive dealership, ideally within a luxury brand environment.Extensive sales and operations experience, with demonstrated ability to drive performance and motivate high-tenure teams.Strong leadership and coaching skills, able to build trust, challenge respectfully, and foster growth.Strategic and operational insight, with the ability to implement disciplined processes that drive consistent results.Professional presence, strong communication skills, and leadership style grounded in openness and respect.
