JOB DESCRIPTION • Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis. Have a strong understanding of both the design requisites and customer experience required to maximize business results. • Developing the ecosystem for successful Sales and Design experience both for the internal teams and the customers. • Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel. • Drive productivity of the business managers. • Strong seller, number driven person • Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central program • Strong account mindset, relationship builder EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATION • Bachelors Qualification preferably B. Arch, B. Interior Design. • Masters/Specialization: Construction Planning Management,MBA,Design Management • Minimum 7-8 Years of experience • Ability to understand Ops challenges and build relationships to overcome ops blockers • Should have managed a team of minimum 10 team members • Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment. • Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions • Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach. • Willing to go the extra miles it takes to win in a super competitive market. • Innovative, resourceful and comfortable with dynamic business requirements
