Key Responsibilities Define and lead the company’s digital transformation roadmap, aligning technology priorities with long-term business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, identifying and integrating emerging technologies that enhance business competitiveness. Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimisation of scalable enterprise systems. Develop and manage IT and digital budgets to ensure efficiency and return on investment. Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Drive the use of data analytics and business intelligence to enable informed, data-driven decisions. Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, business continuity, and governance frameworks. Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers to ensure operational excellence and cost effectiveness. Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business impact. Ideal Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably within large-scale retail, FMCG, or consumer-driven industries. Proven success in leading digital transformation and enterprise technology programs. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to bridge business and technology priorities. Deep expertise in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and IT governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
