NEW求人番号：JN -062025-189684 掲載日：2025-10-25General Manager, Business Development DivisionInvolved in solar power generation, and onshore wind1500 - 1800 万円 東京 エネルギー / 環境 / EPC（オイル＆ガス） プロジェクトマネジメント募集要項会社概要 同社は風力発電、太陽光発電などのエネルギー事業を行っています。業務内容 ■A renewable energy firm is looking for a General Manager, Business Development Division■As a Manager, Renewable Development, you will manage the development of utility-scale wind energy projects throughout Japan.They leverage our decades of experience and track record in providing clean energy worldwide to develop, construct, and operate wind power projects in Japan, which is their main focus. ■Key ResponsibilitiesManage the development of utility-scale wind projects within Japan Lead development activities in early, mid, and/or late stages of various projects Identify development prospects, including market assessments, fatal flaw identification and initial site reconnaissance Secure site control for development prospects, including negotiating leases, easements and other agreements with landowners Coordinate landowner communication efforts Take a lead role in obtaining certain local, municipality and/or national permits Represent the company with customers, landowners, state and local officials and other stakeholders Initiate and manage generation interconnection activities Align projects with long-term company strategy and initiatives Oversee project design and assist project budgeting and scheduling Manage tasks according to budgets and schedules, including coordinating internal and external technical support━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━#spotlightjob6応募条件 ■Required4-8 years’ work experience in real estate and stakeholder engagementEnglish and Japanese fluency, both verbal and writtenBachelor’s DegreeAbility to manage the development and strategic process for wind and/or solar energy projectsAbility to write effective, concise reportsAbility to travel up to 50%■PreferredExperienced in the renewable and clean energy industryMaster’s degree or MBA給与 1500 - 1800 万円勤務地 東京BRSコンサルタントLekima UluinasaraviIndustrial & Life Scienceメールでお問い合わせ
