Known for bringing authentic Asian flavors to international markets, the company has built a trusted presence among supermarkets, distributors, and food service partners across the United States.Position OverviewThe General Manager will lead the company’s operations in the United States, overseeing the sales team and driving commercial performance across all regions. This role is ideal for a senior sales professional from the food and beverage industry who is ready to take the next step into a general management position. The successful candidate will bring strong industry connections, hands-on sales leadership, and a solid understanding of the U.S. retail and distribution landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the U.S. sales team, setting targets, coaching, and driving performance.Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives.Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors and key accounts.Oversee sales operations, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning.Identify new business opportunities and channels for growth.Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence.Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.Travel within the U.S. as needed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.Proven track record in sales leadership, key account management, and distributor relationships.Strong understanding of the U.S. retail, supermarket, and food service sectors.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a commercial growth mindset.Based in or open to relocating to Los Angeles, California (no relocation support).
