Role: General Manager – Data Centres (MENA)Location: Dubai, UAEFull Package: AED 180k - 240k per month (circa US $600,000 to $780,000 per year)A major international contractor with a long-standing global footprint is appointing a General Manager to lead its Data Centre business across the MENA region.This is a key strategic hire, reporting directly into the group’s senior leadership, and carrying full P&L, operational, and growth responsibility for the region’s hyperscale and high-performance data centre portfolio.The General Manager will lead the data centre division end-to-end - combining strategic direction with a strong, hands-on technical understanding of hyperscale delivery. You’ll oversee delivery excellence, operational performance, client relationships, market expansion, and multi-site programme execution, while also being close enough to the projects to challenge and support Project Directors on technical, commercial, and programme-critical decisions. This is a business leadership role, but one that requires genuine depth in data centre construction.This role is full-time in Dubai and requires regional travel.Prerequisites for the positionSignificant senior leadership experience within a well-known main contractor delivering hyperscale or complex mission-critical data centres.Track record within construction running business units, regions, or data centre divisions (not just project-based leadership).Strong commercial, operational, and client-facing capability.Degree in an engineering or construction discipline.Package IncludesExecutive base salary + performance bonusFull medical insuranceAnnual flight allowancesRelocation support (if required)Additional senior-leadership benefitsIf you match the above criteria and would like further information, please apply or reach out confidentially.
