The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and oversee day-to-day operations.Ensure efficient execution of projects that meet quality, safety, and schedule objectives.Leadership and Team ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary project teams.Foster a positive and collaborative work culture focused on performance and professional development.Budget ManagementPrepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.Monitor financial performance to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.Client and Stakeholder EngagementMaintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.Provide project updates and address any challenges or concerns promptly.Problem-Solving and Decision-MakingIdentify and resolve technical and operational challenges during execution.Make informed decisions to maintain progress and ensure project success.Compliance and Safety OversightEnsure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, legal requirements, and environmental standards.Promote a strong culture of health and safety across all project sites.Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate closely with engineering, procurement, design, and finance departments to ensure smooth project execution across all stages.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience in construction project management with a strong focus on finishing and fit-out works.Languages: Fluency in English is required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools, and a solid understanding of building codes and industry regulations.Preferred Background: Graduated from an international university (AUC, BUE, GUC, or equivalent).Key CompetenciesTechnical Proficiency: Strong grasp of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and cost control systems.Leadership: Proven ability to guide teams, delegate effectively, and manage multiple concurrent projects.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing data, identifying risks, and implementing strategic solutions.Strategic Planning: Strong organizational and decision-making abilities to ensure optimal project delivery.
