Now, we’re looking for a world-class General Manager in Calgary to lead and help us redefine what food at work can be.Role OverviewAs General Manager, you’ll be the most senior Cubbi leader in your city — owning results, relationships, and growth. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be out in the field: meeting restaurant partners, talking to customers, launching campaigns, and ensuring every meal meets Cubbi’s standards. You’ll be building something new in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and exciting environment where every day brings new challenges and big opportunities.Your mission: Grow your city, delight customers, and help redefine how businesses feed their teams.What You’ll DoPartner with restaurants to launch creative co-promotions and campaigns.Activate new workplaces and keep employees excited about Cubbi.Use data to learn fast, double down on what works, and scale wins citywide.Report results, forecast growth, and identify opportunities with HQ.Spot risks early and move quickly to solve them.Be hands-on, scrappy, and obsessed with making your market thrive.What You BringYou thrive in a startup environment — where things move fast, change often, and every decision matters.
