ABOUT ELITE HAVENSElite Havens, Asia’s leading luxury villa rental and management company, is seeking a General Manager Finance and Accounting to lead our regional finance function across Southeast Asia and Japan.This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, ideal for an accomplished finance professional who thrives in complex, multi-country environments and is passionate about driving excellence in financial management, compliance, and business performance.What You’ll DoLead and develop a regional finance team of 20+ professionals across SEA and Japan.Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, audit, and compliance across multiple markets.Partner closely with the CFO and CEO to provide strategic financial insights that shape growth decisions.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow improvisation with a strong focus on operational efficiency.Champion finance transformation, streamlining processes, implementing systems (ERP), and standardising best practices.Ensure compliance across diverse SEA and Japan tax jurisdictions and uphold the highest governance standards.Who You AreCPA-qualified, with at least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior controller or group finance role.Proven success managing finance teams across Southeast Asia (SEA experience is essential); Japan exposure is a strong plus.Skilled across the full finance spectrum: reporting, tax, audit, consolidation, forecasting, and analysis.A confident leader and business partner who can influence at executive level and guide strategic decisions.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Fluent in English and experienced in ERP/accounting systems.Why Join UsAt Elite Havens, you’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team driving the growth of Asia’s most trusted luxury hospitality brand.
