Looking for a Tanzanian local citizen who will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of the business in Tanzania. The role is responsible for ensuring sound financial management, statutory compliance, cost control, and providing strategic insights to support growth and profitability.This is a great opportunity to grow in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.Monitor and control costs to improve financial efficiency.Lead financial risk management and internal controls.Support business decision-making through financial analysis.Manage relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.Lead and develop the finance team.Job Experience and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required.Minimum 8–10 years’ senior finance experience, preferably in a similar industry.Strong knowledge of Tanzanian financial regulations and tax laws.ERP system experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Apply Now!
